1. How soon would your ordered products reach you?
    Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 working days after receipt of the order. Any delay on account of fresh stock production/shipping address issues/any other shall be informed to the customer at the earliest upon receipt of the order.
    Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Monday to Saturday are considered business days (as per courier partners) except for public holidays.
    Products that are Made-to-Order or require any specific customisation as per client requirements shall take longer than the timeline given above. For such products, please consider the production lead time mentioned in that specific product description, as well as the transit time, to ascertain the tentative date of receipt of your order. Further, for such orders, our team can be contacted through Call/WhatsApp on our business number to understand the specific details.
    Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances such as pandemic-like Covid-19 restrictions, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. We have limited control over delivery delays, if any, but our team tries its best to request the logistic partner to expedite the shipment deliveries wherever required.
    Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  1. How do we deliver the orders?
    We deliver your orders through our registered and reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart.  If you find that the package has been tampered/opened, please check the contents of the parcel in front of the delivery person and if everything is in order, only then sign the P.O.D.     All domestic orders qualify for Free Shipping.
  1. How do I get to know if my order has been shipped?
    Once your shipment is booked, we’ll drop in a text message/email with the tracking details, such as the Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier partner name.

    • You can track your order through our courier partner’s website with the help of the AWB number shared.

  1. What if you’re not around when we deliver?
    Our delivery partners would try twice, then the product comes back to us, and your order will be cancelled. Therefore, please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address, including Pin code/Zip Code and a mobile number. This would help in delivering your order faster.
  1. Do you ship overseas?
    No. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
  1. What about Cash on Delivery?
    We do not give the option of Cash on Delivery.
